India, the world’s largest producer and consumer of pulses, will host the Global Pulse Confederation’s (GPC) three-day convention, Pulses 24, in Delhi starting on February 15. The event will bring together dignitaries, ministers, officials, and industry leaders from India and 40 other countries to discuss strategies for achieving self-sufficiency in pulse production.
